Whoopsies...
Interestingly enough, almost all of my "Whoopsies" result from lumber deliveries, either put in the wrong place(sometimes requiring heavy equipment to relocate) or stacked so as to be unsafe to work with.... Believe me, this is a VERY small sample of what I've run across in 16 years in residential construction! Wish I'd kept the old Nokia phone photos of the floor system dumped into the basement.....

These trusses were dumped at the head of a 1/4-mile gravel drive. The delivery driver swore up and down that he drove to the end of the drive and it was so muddy he couldn't drop the trusses and get out. Strangely, there were no truck tracks at the house end of the driveway..... We had hired a crane to set trusses, we had to use him to load them on a large flatbed truck(hired from the same company) to get them close enough to the house to set. The builder backcharged the truss company for the additional equipment and time, including my crew's.
